The long term objective of the programme is to contribute to improved protection and living conditions for refugees and internally displaced persons in the oPt. The ICLA programme in Gaza seeks to undertake a project to produce a short film that can be screened during advocacy and other donor meetings.

-The short film will highlight the impact of Israeli policies and practices in the Access Restricted Area (ARA), or “buffer zone”, on Palestinians’ access to their HLP rights
The completed film will be approximately 8-10 minutes in duration, comprised of two parts of approximately 5 minutes each. The second part will focus on HLP violations affecting farmers and civilians living and/or working within one kilometer of the Israeli security fence. Each part will use a legal case from NRC’s partners to depict the relevant issue and NRC’s beneficiaries will be included as the subject/s.
