Agricultural Engineer

The Palestinian Hydrology Group -Gaza branch has received a grant from the Islamic Relief,France,to implement the project of "Improvement of economic and food security for farmers in the affected areas in the Gaza Strip" and intends to apply part of this grant for selection and employement of highly qualified :

To be repsonsible for the overall management of agriculture project activities

Essential Competencies :
1-Excellent academic background in relevant positions
2- 2-5 years experience in development ,emergency,releif and rehabiliation with significant managerial skills.
3-Report writing and communications skills
4-Good knowledge of word,excel,access & Internet
5- Valid driver's license.

General Competencies Required :
-Commitment and sympathy to the plight of the poor and disadvantaged
-written and spoken English as well as Arabic.
-Energitic and able to work under stressful conditions meeting strict deadlines
-Communication & negotiation skills
-Planning skills
