Agricultural Expert

Nippon International Cooperation for Community Development (NICCOD) based in Tubas is seeking a male local staff who is willing to join our team for implementing our grassroots Project funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), in support of the olive farmers in Tubas region. The Project has already started, and will be completed at the end of March 2012.

The minimum qualifications for the applicants are as follows:
-Minimum 3 years of working experience at a private company or international organization.
-Must be experienced either in capacity building trainings, or international marketing of agricultural products.
-A degree in plant protection engineering is a “plus”.
-Must be able to start working immediately, or within 2 weeks after signing contract at the latest.
-Good communication and writing skills in English.
-Otherwise, we are looking for a healthy, active and honest person, who is able to work under pressure.

The salary will be determined according to the capability and experiences of the candidate, with a budgetary ceiling of around USD 1,250 monthly.
