Administrative/ Human Resources Assistant
For a maternity replacement period
The candidate will:
-Perform general office management tasks.
-Follow up and coordinate permits and visa’s with the relevant Israeli authorities.
-Plan and manage the mission’s staff training plan.
-Plan all international trips for the mission.
-Follow-up expatriate staff leave
-Create and manage the expat staff files as needed.
-Follow-up national staff contracts and prepare the national staff employment contracts.
-Manage the attendance sheet for the Jerusalem office
-Track and document leave allowances for all the national staff.
-Manage the recruitment process (drafting announcements, screening and participate ininterviews).
-Prepare monthly payrolls.
-Prepare taxes for West Bank and Jerusalem staff in coordination with the tax advisor.
-Follow-up on staff pension programs and prepare monthly payments.
-Manage staff insurance policies.
-Directly supervise Jerusalem based domestic staff.
-Manage VAT clearance for all contractors and suppliers.
-Prepare a monthly report.
Profile of the candidate:
-University degree in Human Resources and Administration or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of similar experience preferable within INGO.
-Good knowledge of local labour laws.
-Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet).
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Fluent in English and Arabic spoken and written.
