Requirements

1-University degree: BSc in Architecture or Civil Engineering
2-Graduate of a US or Canadian University
3-Minimum 4 years of work experience in urban planning, design of parcellation plans, and roads,
4-Experience in supervising the implementation of infrastructure projects with emphasis on roads excavation and paving, electricity networks, and surveying works.
5-Excellent knowledge with Ministry of Local Government planning laws
6-Experience in following up procedures with government bodies
7-Holder of driving license.
8-High proficiency in AutoCAD
9-Excellent English skills in reading, writing, and speaking
10-Ability to work in a team environment and maintain effective working relationships with all project stakeholders.
11-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
12-Desire to excel and a positive attitude.


Duties

1-Work with surveyors to complete all types of surveying works (lands, roads, etc.)
2-Participate in the design of parcellation plans, including public and internal roads
3-Follow up procedures with required government bodies
4-Supervise the design and implementation of infrastructure works, including excavating and paving roads, design and implementation of electricity networks.
5-Oversee and manage maintenance team for the implementation of works on residential and commercial buildings
6-Manage all aspects of engineering works related to all UCI projects
7-Supply data, drawings, and maps to different departments
8-Analyze, review, and correct measurement errors
