Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

Experience: A minimum of three years of progressively more responsible experience in operation and maintenance of building engineering services in large modern commercial or Government building is required. In addition to experience in maintenance of residential units and appliances.

Languages: Level III (Good Working Knowledge) speaking/reading/writing English and Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing Arabic or Hebrew are required. (This will be tested).

Skills and Abilities:  

Must have a good technical understanding of building maintenance practices, electrical systems and electrical safety.

Must have general Computer Literacy.

Must have Class "C" local driving license.

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

Completion of 3 years vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with specialization as an Electrical or HVAC Technician.

Certification from host government institution is required.
