Assistant Projects Officer
1-Vacancy No. : 142/2011/X
2-Duty Station : Field Office - Jerusalem
3-Basic Salary : 778.8 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
4-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse. NIS 1000 as Jerusalem Allowance payable in JD at exchange rates set by the Agency
5-Other Benefits : Health Insurance, Provident Fund
6-Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree in related subject ( Business, economics, project management, finance)
-At least three years of experience
-Fluent in English language/ Bilingual
Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of policies, procedures and work methods; Good understanding of local laws and regulations; Very good communication skills; Good analytical skills; Sound report writing skills; Knowledge of programme cycle management; Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques; Strong budgetary skills; Ensuring the effective use of resources; Producing Results; Fostering Integration and team work; Professionalism; Proven ability in establishing effective internal
work relationships at all levels and in managing/leading a team; Ability to take initiative; Working under pressure.

The Agency maintains the discretion to fill future vacancies for this position from the
roster without re-advertising the vacancy.

-Priority will be given to qualified registered refugees.
