AWS Support Engineer – offshore

We require AWS Support Engineers to join our growing Cloud Transformation team. Our clients are AS services partners, and also a developer of our own solutions that we bring to market, our clients engage in a variety of projects with high profile clients utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
As an AWS Support Engineer you will provide technical support and guidance to customers using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to AWS services and infrastructure

Providing technical assistance to customers via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
· Diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate critical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams.
· Developing and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practices for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
· Conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
· Assisting customers with AWS service configuration, deployment, and optimization.
· Keeping up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practice
"Must Haves"- Experience you need to succeed:
· Strong knowledge and experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
· Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
· Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and troubleshooting methodologies.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Effective communication and customer service skills.
Nice to have
· AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, are often preferred.
