B2B Sr. Manager
Job Description
Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B propositions and Wholesale & Roaming divisions & Sub-segments
- Set B2B company strategy and go to market implementation plans
- Follow-up with direct & sub teams on daily operations tasks
- Setting up processes and procedures.
- Providing feed-back to supports / develop existing/new offers (post-paid and corporate) as well as L&R activities, and convergent offers.
- Creating promotions to increase usage towards B2B segment
- Creating offers to increase usage and subscriber base mobile & convergent.
- Insuring revenue of all offers.
- Positioning (internal & External) of offers and promotions
- Defining criteria to deter churn and enhance loyalty on all offers.
- Implementing new offering/promotions/services along with all internal stakeholders.
- Initiating and follow-up communication on all the offers/promotions in their different phases.
- Manage Ooredoo Interconnections through direct links and international carriers
- Manage Ooredoo Inbound and Outbound A2Z Wholesale voice interconnect rates
- Expand Ooredoo roaming footprint worldwide
- Enhance retail offering on international calling & roaming
- Enhance customer journey and touchpoints at all related fields
- Pricing of Packages and quantities to launch for each package per segment.
- Working on Internal training & support on new offers/promotions.
- Monitoring and entice market share

Job Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business Administration (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum of 12 years experience in related fields
- Excellent knowledge of the Telecom sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent skills in dealing with cross functional processes
- Managerial experience
- Well organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Bilingual (Arabic, English).
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of Managing Distribution Channels
- Able to manage stress and pressure
