Job Description

We are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for team members in Ramallah, Palestine!

We are looking for experienced baristas to fill Full-Time and Part-Time positions. The ideal candidate will have a love for all things coffee and a passion to deliver a Good Cup every time.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

- Ability to read, speak and understand English.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Early starts computer skills.

- Professional and good looking appearance.

- High School Diploma required, Undergraduate degree (bachelors), preferred.

- Experience, preferred.

The ideal candidate with have the following:

Easy going approachable manner
Early starts and store opening procedures
Passion for coffee and customer service
Making coffee with speed, quality and consistency every time
Maintenance and proper cleaning of equipment
Providing exceptionally friendly customer service
Follow all safety and security standards
