We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to join our team in Gaza as follows:

Biomedical Service Engineer

Job Description:

• Makes regular field visits for service activities.
• Plans and prioritizes service activities towards achieving agreed business aims.
• Plans regular customers’ visits, periodic equipment check-ups, provides preventive maintenance and ensures the full functionality and safety of the department’s installation base. 
• Installs medical equipment, function inspection and commissioning.
• Provides basic customer training. 
• Maintains and develops relationships with existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical methods. The aim is to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Logs information on sales enquiries received and maintains detailed records. 
• Responds to and follow up of service calls.
• Studies and follows up on laboratory equipment tenders.
• Monitors and reports market and competitors’ activities, and provides relevant reports/information.
• Records, analyses, reports and administers according to various systems and requirements.
• Develops relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Manages personal time and productivity.
• Follows standard operational procedures. 
• Performs any other tasks required by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, however preferable to have service experience.
• A valid driving license, however preferable to have a car.
• Preferably resides in Gaza City.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Presentable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in collaboration with a team. 
• Result oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
• Committed to personal learning, career development and knowledge sharing.
