Bookkeeper / Receptionist
For an initial 4 months period
The Candidate will:
-Perform secretarial tasks which include, but not limited to: answering phone calls, greeting visitors, drafting letters, photocopying, faxing, filing and scanning documents
-Manage the petty cash
-Monitor the base stock and linking it to a procurement plan
-Follow-up the attendance of Nablus staff members
-Provide all Human Resource forms and insure all procedures are respected
-Drive ACF Cars when needed/requested
-Cover for the Base Logistician and/or Base Administrator as needed/requested
Profile of the Candidate:
-Diploma in related areas and/or equivalent working experience
-Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within INGOs for at least one year
-Valid Driving License and at least 2 years driving experience
-Excellent geographical knowledge of the West Bank, particularly the northern West Bank
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package and internet
-Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills
-Diplomacy, team player and good sense of humor
-Fluency in English and Arabic written and spoken
