Branch Supervisor / Customer Care

BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:
Branch Supervisor / Customer Care for Hebron and Nablus
Ref. No (HR-BS-HAN-1)
Main responsibilities:
-Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers.
-Ensures customer's satisfaction.
-Communicates directly with the customers complaints.
-Applies the product return status report to the PR supervisor and copy the customer care team leader on daily basis.
-Deposit daily the cash of both service center and showroom.
-Applies the deposit receipt to the chief accountant on daily basis by Aramex.
-Sends the daily sales report to the showrooms supervisor and marketing manager cc the customer care team leader.
-Sends the daily cash report of the repaired devices for the customer care team leader.
-Getting instructions from technical team leader for any second level problems.
-Gives instructions for the swap units to the PR supervisor, and reports on daily basis the total number of swapped units to the PR supervisor.
-Collects, dispatch & receive (spare parts, defected units, invoices, deposits receipts, leaves & vacation requests, etc) through aramex.
-Applies twice per week a report with the needed spare parts to the forecasting & ordering supervisor. Monitors on cosmos system all the repaired volume on daily basis.
-Sends daily traffic report to the customer care team leader.
-Manages the attendance, schedule, leaves and vacations, uniform for all of the branch employees.
-Checks the cleanness of the branch and the display units activations in the showroom.
-Performs other duties as when requested by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or associates degree in business administration or equivalent field.
-Excellent command of English language.
-proficient in relevant computer applications
-5 years' experience in customer care or retail sales experience.
