The Palestine Monetary Authority is an autonomous organization with an important role in the development of the Palestinian economy through its work in economic analysis, in supervision of
banking institutions, and in keeping the banking system sound and effective. It invites qualified
candidates to submit their resumes for the following temporary positions:

Building Project Manager

Contract duration : 24 months
The building project manager has overall responsibility for the planning, management, coordination
and financial control of the construction project of the new PMA Head Quarters, and will work
closely with a range of other professionals during the contract process.
It is his/her responsibility to see that the PMA wishes are adhered to, specifications are complied
with and that the project is completed on time within the budget agreed. The project manager will
be involved from the initial conception and design of the project, through its construction, to its
completion.

Key Qualifications and Experience
-Minimum BSc ( MSc or higher preferred) in Civil Engineering.
-At least 10 years experience in building project management, with at least one major project with a total built area of over 15,000 sq. meters.

Candidates for the above positions are all expected to have:
-Excellent computer skills.
-The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic and English fluently, and a demonstrated ability to make clear and concise presentations in these languages.
