BIT Co. seeks a business analyst for a full time permanent role, based mainly in its main office in Ramallah, with the following description and specifications:

Job Description:

 The business analyst is responsible for understanding the clients business structure, document it, and transform the data to smart software applications that serves the client unique requirements. The main objective of the candidate is to be the customer contact person in all software implementation activities, play as a catalyst between the technical team and the customer key persons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and review or produce specifications for any  technology  applications

• Conduct business process modeling and write the as is procedures, conduct the gap analysis  study.

• Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute in software design and architecture.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure that they understand the software specifications  and unique customer requirements.

• Responsible for the software delivery process by providing training, software control and testing,  and software project closing.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, general management, management Information Systems, or equivalent working experience.

• Three to Five years’ experience in software implementation, or analysis.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment.

• General experience in international software applications as a user or implementer.

• Leadership skills.

• Business creativity.

• Knowledge of document management systems and procedures is a plus.
