Business Developer
Overview:
HTD is currently seeking a skilled, experienced and energetic Business Developer to join its team.
Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Business Developer is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Maximizes revenue growth through business development sales.
Develop effective strategies for winning new clients and markets.
Maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment.
Keeping up to date with overall business trends.
Performing research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market.
Using quantitative and qualitative techniques to collect useful information.
Preparing detailed business plans which cover relevant goals and objectives.
Networking with employees from other companies and potential customers.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
Skills & Competencies:
Good business sense.
High report writing skills.
Strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
A smart appearance and professional manner.
To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
Ability to work remotely and without direct supervision.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Qualification
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in business or related field.
Minimum two years’ work experience.
