Business Development Analyst

Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for providing the necessary project management, development research and technical support needed to successfully implement the on-going and future digitization and automation projects that tie in with Unipal’s strategic objectives, as well as support the multiple business functions in their data analytics needs.  

• Conduct necessary research for development projects 
• Create & manage projects from project charter until project closure 
• Conduct Business Requirements Analysis 
• Conduct and Co-ordinate Internal Communications Management 
• Co-ordinate and manage the implementation of project activities and tasks 
• Manage project quality & assurance 
• Maintain Project Documents; through continuous project status documentation and archival 
• Maintain Project Schedule & Budget 
• Develop BI workbooks, dashboards and analytical items 
• Provide support in departmental automation efforts 
• Provide support in strategic data analytics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business related fields, IT or programming 
• 1-3 years of work experience in the fields of business development or project management 
• Knowledge in project management concept and theories 
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau 
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
• Knowledge in SQL, Visual Basic or other scripting languages is a plus 
• Excellent English skills 
• Willingness to learn 
• High adaptability 
• High Emotional Intelligence 
• Most importantly, high analytical skills and ability digest high amounts of information.
• High attention to detail 
• Ability to work under-pressure
