FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm based in Ramallah that has been providing a blend of technology solutions to the local market for over 25 years.
We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Business Development Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Ramallah.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in collaboration with the presales team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Propose new products or services that meet customer demands.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the presales team to deliver detailed technical presentations.
- Coordinate with support and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
- Use CRM tools to manage client information and sales pipelines.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- General knowledge of technology is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Dynamic and proactive personality.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
