FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm based in Ramallah with a successful track record of delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to the local market for over 24 years, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, enhancing, and implementing technology solutions specifically tailored to meet the business requirements in the field of Insurance and Financial Systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Develop and document functional and technical requirements for software applications and systems
  • Participating in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Taking initiative to gather information, investigate gaps/issues with FIS software systems, identifying potential solutions, and presenting solutions to Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training material

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile / Scrum  methodologies
