Position: Cafe Manager
Location : Ramallah

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cafe Manager to operate a Segafredo café for Al Imtiyaz Tourism Investment Co., We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Manager to lead and manage a team and ensure all budget targets and KPI’s are not just achieved, but exceeded.
Building relationships with the client, the team and gaining and retaining new customers will be critical to make this venture a success and to ensure that the Café visit enhances the customer’s experience.

To be considered, you must have:
-Cafe Retail Management experience
-A customer focus
-An interest and passion for coffee
-The ability to lead an effective team
-Standards and quality driven management style
-Results orientated and motivated to achieve measurable results
-Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
-Motivated by a passion for quality, targets and great service delivery
-Interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
-A 'Can-do', enthusiastic attitude
-Financial and commercial acumen
-Computer literate
-Ability to deal with both internal and external customers
