Job Title: Call Center Operations Manager
Location: Beit Jala, Palestine

We are looking for a highly talented Operation Manager to lead the management of the call center:

Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
-Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost benefit analysis,
-Identifies and evaluates needed technologies and voice systems,
-Maintains and improves call center operations and delivers performance reports,
-Accomplishes call center human resources objectives,
-Meets call center financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budget and scheduling expenditure,
-Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment,
-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business administration or relevant fields,
-Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar operational positions,
-Customer focus and service,
-People’s skills and management,
-High proficiency in both English and Arabic writing,
-Excellent Presentation and communications skills,
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions and attention to details,
-Understanding and managing processes.
