Save Youth Future Society (SYFS) is a non-governmental, non-profit and independent society founded in Gaza in 2001. SYFS work is informed by the necessity of creating independent, self-reliant initiatives that lead to the achievement of sustainable development, and which incorporate values of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment.

SYFS, is a local partner for the Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme;   a programme managed by the United Nations Development Program/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People – UNDP/PAPP and funded by Al Fakhoora Organization, Education Above All.  SYFS is calling for Individual Consultancy for Technical and Policy Assistance Services in different fields related to the following areas:

-Quality Education, including design, policy and procedures for domestic and international undergraduate scholarships, international postgraduate scholarships and TEVT Programmes
-Student Services and affairs, including Design, policy, procedures comprehensive support services to contribute to students’ success and wellbeing, e.g career services, psychosocial services, academic services
-Leadership and Advocacy, including design policy, procedures and curriculum development of student profile building through leadership skills, critical thinking and problem solving, communication and technical assistance in student-led initiatives.  
-Economic Empowerment, including design, policy and procedures to economic empowerment and entrepreneurship activities.
-Research on Global higher Education including higher education providers of undergraduate scholarships, international postgraduate scholarships and TEVT Programmes providers outside Palestine.

SYFS are calling interested consultants, who meet conditions as per attached TOR to submit their CVs along with, cover letter that explain the area/s of their expertise, daily rate.

Any submission of the financial proposal via any other mean will cause the whole application from the candidate to be rejected and disregarded.
