MA’AN is implementing a project titled Family Center’s with the support of the Facilitating Social Participation of Palestinian Refugees (FASPAR) which was established by the German Government and is implemented by the German International Cooperation (GIZ).  The Family center offers services to families, mainly on establishing a safe and enabling environment by providing different services for the interest of children and women such as: Education, Child Protection and Psychosocial Support, Recreational Activities & Life Skills, Women Skills Development Activities ( Healthy Food Production, Hand Crafts, Coiffeur & Health & Environmental Awareness),  women initiatives, etc.
The objective of the trainer is to provide advanced training of modern patterns of embroidery designs, colors matching, clothes designs and finishing/ quality - standards for women.

To achieve this, MA’AN seeks to contract a qualified consultant/Trainer with proven experience in the field of the sought  consultancy :
-Have proven experience (holding graduate degree or equivalent, in tailoring /embroidery designing training with at least 5 years of relevant experience).
-Clearly describes the similar experience and assignments. (including the training tasks)
-Submitting a comprehensive methodology of implementing this consultancy.
-working upon agreed and approved time plan schedule.
-Interested consultant should review the full ToR for this consultancy and can get a copy from it from MAAN-Gaza Office from 11th June ,2017 to 14th June 2017.

-The offers must be submitted in two sealed envelopes; one for the technical offer and another for the financial offer not later than  15th June,2017 (before 12:00 pm) at MA’AN Development Center office in Gaza, Palestine (Haidar Abd Al Shafi Square,Al Motaz 2 Building –Ground Floor Next to Blood Bank Building, Tel.: 08-2823712).
-The awarded consultant of this offer will be required to pay for the cost of this advertisement.
-Financial Offer must be in EURO .
