Chemonics International is seeking qualified applicants for an anticipated USAID proposal related to local governance in the West Bank. The purpose of the anticipated program is to improve municipal revenue streams and fiscal management of local government units, increase the accountability and transparency of local governments, enhance delivery and management of municipal services, and improve the regulatory and policy framework for municipal governance. Technical experts are sought in all areas related to local governance, with an emphasis on the technical areas listed below:
 
-Budgeting, and fiscal management;
-Accountability and Transparency;
-Service Delivery;
-Organizational Development;
-Policy and Regulatory Reform;
-Local Economic Development.
 
Additionally, Chemonics is seeking qualified applicants for other positions related to the anticipated proposal, including experienced professionals in the following areas:
 
-Finance and Administration;
-Monitoring and Evaluation;
-Operations;
-Grants and Procurement;
-Compliance.
 
In order to be considered, all candidates shall be fluent in English and Arabic, with at least five years of professional experience.
