Call for Tender for Vehicle Rental and Transportation Servic

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all related vehicle rental and transportation services companies & suppliers to participate in the following Tenders:
    
   

1-018 – Vehicle Rental and Transportation Services

The following conditions apply:

-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Tuesday 4 Dec 2012 up to 13 Dec. 2012 no later than 04:00pm during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at  Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.

-The Tender documents must be delivered before 04:00 PM on Sunday 16 December 2012, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee only.
-The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices.
