capacity building specialist

The Economic & Social Development Centre of Palestine (ESDC) is seeking to recruit capacity building specialist according to the following conditions and qualifications:

Qualifications:
1-Minimum BA degree in related field such as, business administration, accounting or agriculture.
2-Minimum 5 years of experience in building cooperatives and CBOs capacities.

Technical skills:
1-Managerial skills and cooperative development skills, especially in grant project management.
2-Strong written and oral communication skills (Arabic & English).
3-Computer literacy.
4-Human relation skills.
