Capacity building Trainers

Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD), in cooperation with the Spanish organization FUNDESO, is looking for candidates to fulfill the position of:

in the following subjects: leadership skills, communication skills, decision- making, networking, democracy and governance and negotiation, finance small income-generating projects, management, financial and marketing skills.

For the project “Contributing to the empowerment of Palestinian women through the establishment of agricultural cooperatives, strengthening their capacities and various campaigns on gender equality”, funded by the Deputación Foral de BIZKAIA.

With the following qualifications:
-MA degree in Business, Finance, Humanitarian science or any related field.
-At least three years of experience in the above related subjects
-At least three years of experience in implementing Capacity Building training.
-Good communication skills
-Team Work Spirit

The training will take place in the towns of Yatta, Sair and Samou’ in Hebron Governorate and is designed to empower the Palestinian women economically and socially through promoting women’s rights and gender equality as the project will form three agricultural cooperatives for women in these towns..
