Career Opportunity in Consultancy/Birzeit University

Birzeit University’s Center for Continuing Education (CCE) is launching a training program
targeting outstanding young professionals willing to build their careers in Organizational
and Community Development consulting.
The training program will combine self-learning, mentoring, structured face-to-face training
sessions, and extensive practical work. In the first phase, the program will focus on three
components: The lifecycle of an organization and factors affecting its performance; Strategic planning process and adapting the organization to the strategy including re-structuring; Project Cycle Management.
By the end of the first phase, the participants will have gained knowledge, skills, practical experience, and tools which are fundamental for the constancy services in above three areas.
Requirements to the successful candidates:
- 5 years of experience with local or international organizations in management and/or provision of training or consultancy relevant services
- University education (preferably Master degree)
- High marks at High-school and University
- Strong command of Arabic and/or English Language skills (preferably both)
- Age range: 26 – 35 years old
- Personal Attributes:
1- Good communication skills
2- Strong writing skills (in Arabic and English)
3- Analytical and logical thinking
4- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
5- Good professional attitude
6- Self-learning abilities
- Commitment to join CCE after completion of the program

Short-listed candidates will be invited to undertake the written test to assess the language
competences (English and Arabic), logic, creativity, and intelligence. Only candidates passed successfully the test will be invited to individual interviews.
