Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Hebron

Job summary
Under the supervision and guidance of the Project Officer, with support
from the Senior Project Officer and Field Manager, the Project Coordinator will participate in identifying and selecting target beneficiaries through well-defined procedures and selection criteria, conduct household and neighborhood needs assessments/surveys, work closely with the local community, assist in the formation of youth teams and/or local committees, assist in preparing sub-project agreements with partners, track the projects’ finances and ensure that expenditures are in line with implementation plans, regularly visit project sites to ensure implementation is proceeding as planned, and prepare monthly reports to monitor progress of implementation.
Qualifications
• High school diploma.
• Work experience in the field.
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Arabic.
• Good knowledge of computers in general.
• Ability to work within a team.
• A valid driving license.
