Civic Engagement Program- CEP
1- Warehouse Supervisor
Duration: 4 months with possible extension
Location: Ramallah
The Warehouse Supervisor’s main responsibilities are to oversee and coordinate the work at Ramallah warehouse while tracking of the commodities entering and exiting the warehouse.
Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will maintain constant communication with USAID
counterparts, transport company key individuals and partner INGO points of contact to
ensure all coordination efforts are successfully carried out. The duration of the assignment
is for four to six months. The Warehouse Supervisor will be stationed at the warehouse
in Ramallah. Depending on transport schedules, the expected work week will be Monday
through Friday with possible flex-days on Sunday.
Other requirements include:
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, aural and verbal)
- Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to accuracy
- Ability to make quick decisions and judgment calls on commodity substitutions
- Good stress management
