Collection Officer

Al-Quds Elevators Co. the exclusive distributor for the global SIGMA products in Palestine is currently seeking a highly qualified Collection Officer.

Collection Officer is responsible for liaising with customers through calls & meetings who have fallen into arrears, working with customers to take due payments.

Work Location: Ramallah.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Taking payments from customers and authorized parties.
• Update account status records and collection efforts.
• Effectively negotiate payment arrangements.
• Accurately record events (e.g. telephone  calls) onto the account administration systems.
• Report on collections activity and accounts receivable status.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• An Ideal Candidate should be B.Sc at least with specialization in Accounting , Business Administration or any related field.
• Previous two years of collection experience is essential.
•  Excellent telephone manner.
•  Valid driving license.
• Skilled in negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
