Job Description:

• Develop and implement both long-term and short-term strategic plans.
• Plan and execute business strategies to achieve clear divisional performance and growth objectives.
• Oversee the sales and marketing teams, including staffing, performance management, and field activities organization.
• Effectively manage budgets, prioritizing to meet business goals, and accurately monitor and report team activities.
• Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and ensure they meet performance and ethical standards. Facilitate individual development plans.
• Collaborate closely with Medical and Marketing teams to achieve business results in the designated territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers to meet performance goals and maintain a competitive edge.
• Work across departments to ensure effective implementation of brand plans and timely market feedback.
• Uphold business ethics and ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and marketing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with partners and vendors.
• Foster an innovative and high-performance culture to drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical supply industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
