Commercial Operations Executive
Job Description
Position Overview: The Senior Executive position in sales, part of operations department, which is responsible for developing, managing, and executing processes. In addition to involvement in managing relationships with various functions across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration and operational efficiency. In addition to managing critical documents to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and manage sub-stores by providing the necessary stock (SIMs, handsets, contracts, and forms) through the utilized systems.
- Apply the operation process for creation channels in the market.
- Communicate sales targets with all sales channels and prepare the needed target forms.
- Mange the official communicates with other channel regarding / e mails / bulk SMS / and letters based on request type.
- Support all sales channels in terms of needed invoices that are to be paid either for sales channels as commission or any other sales activity, this includes working closely with finance various departments.
- Mange sub budget and place all needed purchase requisition on used systems.
- Support all sales channels in their internal workflow by building the needed workflows and approvals based on hierarchy.
- Support sales channels in terms of managing their portfolios and implement the requested changes based on the predefined processes and assigned workflows.
- Follow up on all Mobile numbers of portability requests and follow up with different stakeholders for Port-Out requests (Internal & External).
- Follow up with personalization (data Entry) team in terms on workload distribution, high level validation on the entered data.
- Follow up with archiving team in terms of documents status received / not received.

Job Requirements
Experience / Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role.
- Ability to work with professional teams and identify cross functional needs.
- Advance knowledge in excel and any other analytical tools, SAP reporting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical abilities and getting results from analyzing any type of data.
- Excellent verbal and writing (Both Arabic and English), Presentation, communication skills
- Strong Qualitative and quantitative analysis knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
