Community-based rehabilitation program (CBR) collaboration with Handicap International (HI) is seeking to fill out the following position
 

Communication and Basic Management Skills /Trainer

 
Jobs Description:

To design and develop teaching materials on the training module of Communication, and basic management for 72 CBR managers and workers in Nablus, and Jenin Governorates, the teaching materials should facilitate the learning process based on participatory teaching approach.
The contractor should provide CBR with 72 hard Copies of training material (in Arabic language) before the training.
The Contractor Should Provide Team with Hull for a six Training days.

The participants will be able to:

1-Understand the process of communication.
2-Understand what is effective Communication:
-Listening skills
-Nonverbal communication.
3-Understand the main tips of effective communication.
4-Understand different types of communication.
5-Understand communication goals
6-Understand Barriers to communication.
7-Understand basic management:
-Leadership management
-Teamwork.
-Information management.
-managing conflict
 

1-CONSULTANT’S PROFILE
-Higher education in social work field or closely related field (Master Degree).
-Knowledge and experience in management leadership.
-Experienced in training skills for professionals.
-Five years of relevant work experience, preferable in the field of physical rehabilitation and disability issues.
-Good social and communication skills, able to respect confidentiality.
-Excellent English and Arabic language skills (reading, writing and speaking).
-Excellent reporting skills.
