Job Vacancy: Part-Time Communication Coordinator
The Palestinian Circus School (PCS) is seeking to hire a part-time communications coordinator to join their team. The position is based in Birzeit and requires working three days a week, starting from September 1, 2024 for one year with a possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and updating content for PCS’s digital media platforms, including website updates, social media posting, and content monitoring.
- Producing multimedia materials such as videos, photos, and designs, printing materials, ensuring they align with PCS’s branding and communication goals.
- Assisting in producing a communication plan, marketing plan, social media plan, brand manual, and any other relevant documents that aim to improve the visibility of PCS.
- Producing and disseminating press releases, articles, newsletters, brochures, flyers, success stories, and other communication materials to effectively convey PCS’s initiatives and successes.
- Assisting in monitoring the impact of communication efforts through regular reporting and analytics to measure reach and engagement.
- Managing the public relations activities, including maintaining relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to promote PCS’s work.
- Developing and implementing advocacy campaigns under the guidance of the Communication Consultant.
- Planning and producing all of the media material for the events, including invitations of media outlets, taking photos and videos, writing and disseminating press releases, printing promotional items, print material, highlighting success stories, etc.
- Ensuring consistency in the organization's branding and messaging across all communications.

Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience in managing digital media platforms.
- Experience in multimedia production, including video editing, photography and graphic design.
- Experience in writing press releases, newsletters and other communication materials.
- Experience in public relation, event planning and media coordination.
