Communication Supervisor
Job Description
PRCS is looking for an experienced Communication Supervisor to work at ECHO Project as “Communication Supervisor” to lead all related communication activities within the project.
About the project:
‘Response and Preparedness to the COVID-19 Crisis in Palestine’ is a project in cooperation with the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), the Danish Red Cross and the Spanish Red Cross, focusing on Emergency Medical Services, Primary Health Care (PHC), Community Information, Psychosocial Support and Awareness.
In terms of Information and Communications, the project shall promote the Society’s Community Awareness Campaigns via messages, videos and spots on its website and social media accounts as well as through its branches in Palestine and the Diaspora, the project will end in June 30th ,2021.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a communication strategy to meet the project objective
- Organize risk communication campaigns on radio, TV and social media platforms
- Follow up the production of all printed and audio visual material
- Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the mobile theatre campaign
- Develop and follow up the dissemination of mass messages
- Prepare narrative reports to submit to the partners
- Follow up the budget
- Follow up and measure the reach and impact of the comm. activities and campaigns

- Bachelor’s degree in communication /journalism
- A minimum 5 years of experience
- Excellent Spoken Arabic and English
- Excellent Arabic and English writing skills
