RECRUITMENT: COMMUNICATIONS PROFESSIONALS
An international development consultancy wishes to recruit highly skilled, energetic and dedicated communications and public relations professionals for work in Ramallah.
The roles involve: developing and implementing strategic communications initiatives; working with Palestinian counterparts on their communications strategies; drafting written materials and presentations, giving briefings, and undertaking research or giving
field tours with a focus on media and civil society groups; and working with a wider communications team to strategize and develop media outreach plans.
All candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English (with knowledge of other languages an asset), have excellent academic qualifications, a detailed understanding of the Palestinian- Israeli conflict, and a proven track record of working in teams, liaising with
government and media organisations, and delivering work to tight deadlines. All applicants must have specific experience of governmental public communications in a highly demanding professional context.
