purpose of this position is to:

1. Ensure compliance with and coordinate implementation of child sponsorship operations and standards in cooperation with Zonal Manager.

2. Support joint implementation with local communities and partner of WV TP by ensuring effective supervision of community officers, strong community engagement and ownership by local stakeholders and partners in the implementation process.

3. Implement WV life skills programming for adolescents through IMPACT+ and leverage their presence for stronger community engagement, civic activism and sustainable change in the community.
