Community Officer Internship

We are looking for fresh graduuates to join our team at AXSOS Academy, as a Community Officer Intern with the posibility of hiring. And play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and community engagement strategy. Over a three-month period, you'll dive into dynamic responsibilities, focusing on social media engagement.

1- Social Media Engagement:

• Monitor social media channels (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) to engage with potential students and community members.
• Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and personalized manner, aiming to convert them into leads.
• Foster positive interactions and build relationships with prospects through effective communication.

2- Lead Management:

• Transfer qualified leads from social media platforms to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding leads within the CRM database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary details and context for lead follow-up.

3- Content Creation and Scheduling:

• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
• Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Monitor post performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

4- Community Building:

• Actively participate in online communities related to coding, data science, and tech education.
• Encourage community members to engage with the academy's content and events.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships within the tech community.

5- Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in social media strategies.
