Company Manager

Ibdaa, a company owned by Al Najah National University, Al Quds University, Arab American University Jenin, and Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU), will facilitate commercialization of ICT R&D to the local and international markets, is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the Manager position

The Company’s manager serves as Chief Executive of the Technology Transfer Company, TCC,  and  in partnership with the Board of Directors (BoD), is responsible for the success of the Company. Together the Board and the company’s manager ensure delivery against the company’s mission and vision, and the accountability of that company to its diverse stakeholders.

Candidates must have:
-At least 8-10 years of professional experience with five years in an intensive work as a business development manager or senior consultant in the field of Research and Development and incubation.
-Master’s degree in an ICT related discipline or Business and Management from a well- recognized University.
-Experience of industry/academia research and innovation collaboration/commercialization with relevant senior management/ decision making position and management of multiple parallel academia industry projects.
-Must have excellent people management skills and have the ability to work with both senior academicians and top industry leaders.
-Must have demonstrated experience of providing vision, leading and managing multiple teams of top notch professionals and delivering concrete and measurable results in demanding corporate environment.
-Must have demonstrated experience of evaluating and applying emerging technologies to transform businesses and deliver sustainable competitive advantage.
