Compliance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting on matters that involve misconduct, criminal conduct, unethical practice, bribery, and conflict of interest.
Reporting on the implementation and effectiveness of the company’s compliance program.
Good knowledge on sanctions, anti-corruption, money laundering and privacy laws.
Ability to address serious challenges/define risk areas.
Deep knowledge of Risk Management.
Ability to review and draft policies.
Ability to co-ordinate with all departments at the company. 
Experience & Qualifications:
BA or equivalent in Business Administration field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience.
