In partnership with Norwegian People's Aid (NPA), the Improvement and Development for communities Center (IDCO) and the Palestinian Association for Education and Environmental Protection (PAEEP), are currently implementing the Humanitarian Response to Food Security & Protection needs in Palestine 2016-2017.

The project specifically aims to restore agricultural production capacity and livelihoods for at least 700 small-scale farmers/households affected by the war during summer 2014 in the Gaza Strip.

Improvement and Development for communities Center (IDCO) is seeking a consultancy firm /team to conduct an Endline study in the last phase of the project. This study will be used as a measurement to monitor the project progress against the set indicators over the course of the project implementation, and to provide endline information to complement the monitoring and evaluation framework from which the project’s impact can be accurately assessed upon project completion.

The consultancy firm/team shall submit a detailed proposal (in English) for the endline study, the proposal shall reflect the qualitative and quantitative methodology, tools and analysis plan in detail. The proposal shall be divided into two parts i.e. technical and financial.

Financial part of the proposal shall describe the estimated cost for the endline assessment in detail. The applicant shall provide a detailed budget in US dollars including VAT.

The ToR can be collected from IDCO’s office from 09.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs, starting from Sunday 02/07/2017 until 14:00 of Wednesday 05/07/2017.
