Consultancy :English Language Trainer

A European Union funded Technical Assistance Project in the field of Financial Governance of the State of Palestine is offering a consultancy contract to a qualified and dedicated English Language Trainer for 40 Training Days, specialized English focusing on the use the terminology of Public Financial Management such as budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and auditing, to be performed in the period from May to November 2013. The attractive remuneration will be based on a daily fee.

The candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experiencein the field of English language training.
-The candidates must prove a distinctive pedagogical competence, in particular in the field of adult learning.
-The candidates must have a proven ability in developing training material based upon documents such as international grant agreements, accounting and auditing manuals, financial reports, audit reports.
-A public sector budgeting/accounting/auditing background would be aconsiderable asset.
Candidates must be available for the commencement of the consultancy on 1stMay 2013.
