A.M. Qattan Foundation (AMQF) invites qualified consultants and firms to submit their proposals for "The Development of the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework” for its project "Culture, Art & Social Engagement" (CASE) that was launched by the Foundation with co-funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

Consultants intending to submit a proposal are required to send us a notification of their interest to [email protected] not later than 16:00 PM, on March 19th,2020.
Consultants are requested submit their proposals by hand including technical and financial components each in a separate sealed and signed/stamped envelope not later than 16:00 PM, on March 26th, 2020, at the Foundation’s office in Ramallah.
Note: In case physical attendance is not possible due to continued travel restrictions, 2 separate files, one for the technical proposal and the other for the financial offer, are to be sent in PDF format to [email protected]
- Prices shall be submitted in US Dollars
- This is a call for proposal and is not a promise to accept the offer.
- The Foundation is not obliged to accept the lowest cost proposal.
