MEAL Consultant

The Palestinian Family Planning & Protection Association (PFPPA) seeks to recruit a MEAL consultant for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).

The MEAL consultant will develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated MEAL framework for a currently being generosity funded by the UNFPA. The role emphasizes mentoring and building the capacity of PFPPA staff, fostering a culture of shared learning and accountability, and promoting innovation.

The consultant(s) should have the following qualifications:

• University degree in Statistics, Information Management, Social Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in MEAL or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
• Experience with MEAL methodologies and mobile data collection software (e.g., KOBO).
• Excellent understanding of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in presenting data and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge effectively through training and mentoring.
