PFPPA is seeking a Consultant for Updating PFPPA By-Laws and Developing Separate Manuals for Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Programs) 

The Palestinian Family Planning & Protection Association (PFPPA) is seeking to recruit a consultant to update the association's by-laws to be comprehensive, exhaustive, and fully compliant with national, international standards. In addition, to develop detailed manuals for Finance, HR, Administration, and Programs.

The consultant(s) should have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing organizational comprehensive bylaws and operation manuals, with a deep understanding of legal/national requirements. 
• Extensive experience in developing manuals for finance, HR, administration, and programs for non-profit organizations.
• Expertise in international standards in operations, finance, HR, and programs.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, exhaustive, and user-friendly documents.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and incorporate feedback in a collaborative manner.
