Consultant for Outreach Employer

1. Actively liaise and collaborate with SEC throughout the contract period.
2. Communicate the wage subsidy program in the tourism sector (Bethlehem region) with firms 

1. Identify at least 50 firms interested and capable to employ unemployed tourism workers in the age group of 18 to 35 years by using the wage subsidy program, with particular focus on the Bethlehem region.
2. Checking through field visits that the selected firms meet the selection criteria for the wage subsidy programme and follow decent work criteria.
3. Ensure that the selected firms have also a possibility to sustain in the market.
4. Follow-up with employers and wage subsidized staff in case of problems between both sides.
5. Ensure that all selected firms in the Palestinian tourism sector are ready to introduce at least one “people management instrument”.
6. Familiar with online self-learning platform.
7. Support in the assessment and evaluation of participants feedback from the self-learning platform. 
8. Submit progress report to SEC in English language. 

Job requirements of an Excellent Candidate:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in implementing, monitoring, and evaluation of projects in tourism sector or related sector.  
• Skills and experience in implementing online training program, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, wage-subsidy program, familiar with the tourism sector in Jerusalem, conducting interviews, and development activity reports.
• BA's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, Tourism and hotel Management, or relevant fields.
• Experience in tourism sector, or related sector  
• Communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English Languages.
• Customer service attitude – personable, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful.
• Team player.
• Highly motivated, driven, and adaptable.
• Able to utilize latest technology in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• The consultant should present a CV with  relevant  experience and background.
• Description of the approach and methodology and timeframe applied  ( Technical Proposal).
• Detailed budget indicating consultant fee  include the followings : all transportation costs, phone  calls, and any other costs might occur ( financial proposal) , Moreover, the consultant is responsible for any applicable taxes could occur.
