Soft Skills Training for Youth (Cash-for-Internship / Cash-for-Apprenticeship)

Scope of Work
CRS is seeking to hire a training firm to work with CRS and partners to develop soft skills training and deliver it to 550 selected interns and apprentices. Each training course will last for 3 days.
The training will strengthen the soft skills of university and vocational institute graduates who will receive short-term internship or apprenticeship placement opportunities. The training will help prepare them to be as effective and professional as possible in seeking longer-term and stable employment following the internship or apprenticeship placement. Training should cover the following main topics:
-Communication skills: Sub-topics: professional communication, listening skills, negotiation skills, coordination and networking, presentation skills, problem solving.
-Management skills: Sub-topics: planning and organizing, time management, teamwork, business etiquette and ethics, reporting and feedback.
Each training course will last for 3 full days (7 training hours) and will target 25 interns and apprentices. In total 22 training courses will be implemented targeting 550 interns and apprentices during 2017.
How to apply
Interested applicants with relevant experience and education are encouraged to review the detailed TOR and submit an application as follows:
- Application form and complete Terms of Reference .
- Submit a technical application that includes:
1) Summary of relevant previous experience of the consultancy firm and its team members;
2) CV of lead consultant and any supporting trainers,
3) A summary outline for a proposed training plan and facilitation methods, and content for the 2 identified modules and its subtopics, preferable if
including training curriculum, and;
4) Proposed implementation plan of suggested duration/timing of engagement if the applicant cannot accommodate to the proposed timeline mention in this TOR.
5) At least 3 references.
- Submit a financial proposal. Prices should be in New Israeli Shekels and must be valid up till 90 days after the submission date. The financial proposal must identify the daily rate and the total cost and should respect the maximum limit mentioned in this TOR. Please also clarify the estimated cost of submitting an English version of the training curriculum and all relevant documentation.

- CRS reserves the right to reject all bids, and to decide not to pursue this procurement. CRS is not obliged to procure the lowest priced offer, when the lowest price does not offer the best overall value, all other factors considered.
