Our current programme works in partnerships with local organizations to safeguard children’s rights, focused primarily in the areas of participation, education, livelihood, youth development, health and protection, civil society development, emergency response, and food security, SC has established strong partnerships with local and regional actors.
With  a funding from German Humanitarian assistance , Save the Children in close coordination with local CBOs implemented “ Livelihood Support to Vulnerable and Food Insecure Households in Gaza Strip through Cash for Work activities Round II” project . The project main objective is to increase income and improve food insecure and vulnerable households’ ability to meet basic needs through providing vulnerable and food insecure households (youth; male and females, women and men), in remote areas and locations largely affected by protection issues, with Cash for Work employment opportunities.

Save the Children is seeking the services of qualified consultants to conduct the project external evaluation in full cooperation and coordination with the relevant stakeholders.

Interested consultants are welcome to collect the Terms of Reference from Save the Children’s Office in Gaza starting from Tuesday 26th November to Monday  2nd   of December , 2013 before 3:00 pm.

The interested applicants must submit their tenders in two sealed separated envelopes , one for technical proposal and the other for financial proposal no later than Tuesday   3th  of December, before 3:00 pm.
