Prequalification
Ref.: International, open Tender for Development of a New Foundation Law in the Palestinian Territory.
Tenderer: Ministry of Finance.
Project Measures: The project comprises the drafting of a Foundation Law in the Palestinian Territory. An ideal legal setting would be similar to the foundations law prevailing in Luxembourg.

Requested Services:
1-Conception of a legislative text for creating the legal framework.
2-Defining the applicable rules and standards for the establishment of a foundation
3-Inclusion of the corresponding regulatory and public supervision for a foundation law in the Palestinian Territory and the foundations to be established.
4-Verification of the possible tax implications.
5-Submission of the legislative text in a presentable form.
6-Risk matrix for the introduction of a foundation law in the Palestinian Territory.
7-General Legal Advice concerning the foundation law.

The prequalification of experienced Consultants is subject to the regulations contained in the „Guidelines for Assignment of Consultants in Financial Co-operation Projects“ (see
www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de). The contract will be awarded to an independent Consultant firm with proven experience in the Legal consultancy in the Middle East and a minimum annual turnover of at least Euro 300.000. For further information contact:
